Two and a Half Men Canceled for Remainder of the Season

CBS and Warner Bros. have canceled the remaining season of Two and a Half Men, issuing the following statement:

“Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen‘s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of  Two and a Half Men for the remainder of the season.”

The move was made after Sheen dissed Men’s exec producer Chuck Lorre on the syndicated Alex Jones Show.  He had been told if he did so, the series would be canceled for the season.

Men has been on  hiatus since late January at which time Sheen entered rehab.
