Lady Gaga, who was just featured on this week’s episode of Glee, makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote her HBO special – and reveals she is a godmother!
So who is the lucky child? Elton John and David Furnish’s son.
Then the two ladies dish on sleepwear.
“When you were here last, I said, ‘What do you sleep in? Do you have pajamas” You said you sleep in whatever you’re wearing,’” Ellen reminds her.
To which Lady Gaga replies, “It’s very funny and my best friends often will crash at hotels where I’m at. They will come visit me on the road they always call me a Beauty Queen disaster. I wake up and my wig’s falling off my head. My mole is on the other side of face. My fake mole, it’s not fake it’s surreal. … It’s a surrealist mole.”
Lady Gaga also reveals that fame is sometimes overwhelming to her. And Ellen, who has performed on her own HBO specials, says she heard that Lady Gaga called herself a loser on hers.
“Well, in that moment I was very excited and nervous,” Gaga explains. “That is a huge benchmark moment in my life. I’m 25 years old. I was asked to play Madison Square Garden. Sold out five nights and, quite frankly, it’s very overwhelming. Do I feel like a loser sometimes? Yes, of course, I do. We all feel like losers sometimes.”
