Who is that masked man? Fans of the classic TV version of The Lone Ranger will recognize the famous phrase, but now Walt Disney Studios has begun filming a new version of the classic Western, where good always triumphed over evil.The Lone Ranger is from producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Gore Verbinski.
So who is the masked man and his faithful companion: Johnny Depp is Tonto, who is a spirit warrior on a personal quest, and joins forces in a fight for justice with John Reid (Armie Hammer), a lawman who has become a masked avenger.
The Lone Ranger will be released in May 2013.
