After four episodes, ABC has pulled the plug on Charlie’s Angels, the remake of the 1970′s Farrah Fawcett series starring Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor and Annie Ilonzeh.
Although the show garnered respectable ratings in its September 22 premiere, 8.7 million viewers, they progressively declined as the season went on. Week two garnered 7.2 million viewers, while week three was down to 5.9 million viewers.
Production of the action drama series has already shut down. However, remaining episodes of the show will continue to air, while ABC decides what to replace it with.
