Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke and her longtime beau, actor David Charvet, have made it official. After a five-year engagement and two children together, the pair got married in St. Barts on August 12.
Burke’s rep confirmed the happy news to People magazine, while the actress hinted at it on Twitter Saturday morning. “Morning tweeties. Waiting for LA to wake up….big news to share,” tweeted Burke.
The newlyweds are parents to daughter Rain, 4, and son, Shaya, 3. Burke also has two daughters, Neriah, 11, and Sierra, 9, from her marriage to Garth Fisher.
Since tying the not, the couple have been lying low and enjoying family time.
“Chilling in our rm tonight, very mellow,” tweeted the bride. “I’m making dinner for the kids. It’s taken us 5 days to unwind.”
However, Burke and Charvet did plan on celebrating, too.
“OTT is on ice,” tweeted Burke. “Friends are coming over for drinks. French apps, my fav!!!”
